Return & Exchange Policy

If your item does not meet your expectations, please contact us ASAP to see how we can help.

Once an item has been worn or used, we are unable to accept a return or exchange. If you bought something that seems wrong, please contact us for assistance before taking it out to skate.

Exchanges

We do our best to ensure that your items will be sized and fitted correctly.

2020 Holiday Season Update 

We understand that due to shipping times holiday shopping is happening earlier. We will be extending our exchange time for items purchased as gifts for the 2020 Holiday season to January 15th 2021. Exchanges made after this date will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in new, clean, and unused condition with the undamaged original packaging and sales receipt included. Please contact us in advance so we can help you diagnose the problem and determine a solution.

Returns

Please contact us prior to sending an item for return so we can determine a solution for you. If your item may have a warranty issue, please see our warranty page.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with purchase receipt. Items to be returned must be in new, clean, and unused condition with the undamaged original packaging included.

No returns will be accepted on custom boots or skates or custom printed items.

Non stock items sold by special order may be subject to a 20% restocking fee upon return.

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment or can be applied to your account as a credit for a later date.
